Matt Jackson is a Master’s level practicum student working under the supervision of Dr. Katherine Pang. He is currently an Applied Psychology student at Texas A&M University of Commerce. He also obtained a Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2020.  

Matt works with adolescents and adults, couples, and families. He utilizes a person-centered approach and incorporates empirically supported techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and other approaches as applicable. He emphasizes the role of the client as an expert in their experience and his role as an expert in inducing change. To Matt, the goal of therapy is to bring about desired change through an exploratory, empathetic, and supportive approach.
